MiFashion offers bespoke, luxury stylist service. You will be advised by our specialised fashion experts, given the opportunity to do your orders from anywhere in the world by using your favourite mobile chat platform.

4. Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that we consider all of the information you share with us to be totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. we ask you to provide us with your name, mailing address and email address. We may use these details to inform you of new goods and services via email or WhatsApp. If you do not wish to receive such emails, please let us know. In order to process credit-card orders we require additional information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit-card number and credit-card expiration date. We will only use your billing and credit-card information to process your order and inform you of its delivery. Please note that MiFashion does not keep any of these details. MiFashion does not keep any of your details on the MiFashion website, and therefore these details are protected from any breach of security on the MiFashion website. Navigational information is used only for internal purposes to enhance the customer-shopping experience and site usability, and will not be shared with any outside parties.

6. Do I need an account to place an order online?
We want to get to know you so that we can personalise your shopping experience. Therefore, upon placing an order you will be required to set up an account so that we can keep track of all your details and wishlist.
7. How do I return an item?
The number of days you have to process a return will depend on the retailer the item has been purchased from but, don’t worry this will be specified to you before the purchase has taken place. Items that are able to be returned or exchanged will have to be shipped by the customer to our London office unless indicated by MiFashion.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and complies with our Returns Policy, you will be refunded via your original payment method. Please be aware that returned payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping and other fees pais such as personal shopping services.
9. How do I know if an item will fit me?
For items bought through our online store please refer to our sizing guides. All products are sold by the international sizing schemes used by the designer and the product description will indicate if the item runs small or large to size. However, if you use our personal shopping services you will be able to make all sizing inquiries you have to your personal stylist.
10.Can pre-orders be taken?
Yes, we offer this service so you can enjoy the hottest pieces before anyone else. When placing a pre-order the full payment will be taken to secure the item. Delivery timing for this special orders will depend on retailers timing and MiFashion will not be responsible of any delays that might be incurred by the Retailers.
11. Can pre-order items be returned?
Yes. However, terms and conditions will change and vary between retailers. This will be defined to customers before the payment takes place.
